Good news! You have officially signed up for Science On Call 24/7 restaurant tech support. We're ready to kick off our partnership and get your team the help and support they need. Below are a few tips on how to best utilize Science On Call and how to get your team up to speed.

1. Schedule your onboarding call (required)
We are eager to help but first we need to become familiarized with your systems and gain access to the systems we will be supporting. Click here to schedule your onboarding call (within the next 14 days).
2. Schedule your site survey (optional but recommended)
Once we know what systems you have in place we will need to document the physical equipment and set up at your location(s). Click here to schedule your site visit(s).
3. Stickers!
Who doesn't love stickers? We will send you a packet of special Science On Call stickers to place in crucial areas in your shop (such as on your POS terminal, printers, network equipment, or phone system) so staff can easily access our contact information. They can call or text the number on the sticker (312.521.0016) to open a ticket.
4. Inform your team
We will help to train your team on how to use Science On Call. We are happy to set up a kick off call with your team, send out an email to the management team, or just let you add it to your shift notes.
