Andy Freivogel
Co-Founder & CEO
Andy started in hospitality as a fry cook, then a stint in specialty coffee, and a season building a residential ISP. Eventually, he found his way back to hospitality as Director of IT for Intelligentsia Coffee overseeing massive retail growth. In addition to 30+ years in restaurants and technology, Andy brings his love of heavy metal, pizza, and animals with him wherever he goes.
Luisa Castellanos
Co-Founder & COO
Luisa has over 10 years of experience in marketing, retail, and customer experience. A lifelong entrepreneur who started her first business at age 11(!), her passion for creativity and hospitality helps bring brand-focused restaurants into the future with technology.
Ken Tsang
Co-Founder & CTO
Ken brings over 20 years of experience in technology, marketing, and operations management, most recently serving as head of IT and marketing for a specialty grocery and restaurant group. He will find you a solution to your problems—and take a picture of your food afterwards.
